Breakfast:
Oatmeal with walnuts, crasins, and brown sugar
Snack:
All Bran Cereal or animal food as some of my friends call it.
Lunch:
Farmer's casserole that I found in in the freezer with egg, potato, bacon, jalapenos, and cheese. Green Beans.
Snack:
Wasabi wow mix
Dinner:
Quasi Fake Out Mac and Cheese (I used more cheese than I should have...)
Evening Snack:
Green grapes

That Farmer's Casserole sounds so yummy! Don't you just love when you find food in the freezer? No cooking and a great meal!
