I went to a 8:30 AM yoga class that was 75 minutes of pure bliss. Next I hit up the treadmill for 30 minutes. 20 of which I ran for 2 miles. Target where I scored some killer Halloween clearance goodies for my mom. Can you say paper napkins for .15 a package??? Home to shower.
Then I headed to the Warner Park system here in Nashville with my roommate where we did a short 2.5 mile Warner Woods moderate trail. We also did the scenic drive. The fall colors were amazing. Early dinner at Red Robin. Can you say fries with ranch dressing?
I know I live such an exciting life. It's 8:30 and I am ready for bed.
Here's the question: what do you change? Whom do you call that you haven't spoken to in years? Whom do you realize has been toxic to your heart and drop with surprising ease? What trips do you cancel, and what trips do you book? What can't you be bothered with anymore? What's the new you like? Think about that, and then ask one more question.
