The Scale: I Love you! I Hate You!

Ok, so for about 2 weeks I have been eating well (minus a few days last week where I had A LOT of Christmas candy. Butterfinger Bells anyone?) and exercising regularly. And by exercising I have incorporated my weight training back into my routine. I know it is not in my head. My legs look better and I know longer have a muffin top that hangs out over my work out pants. My work out pants! Not very attractive.at.all. So than why has the scale not moved in 4 days? That seems kind of crazy to me that there has been no fluctuation at all. So today you know what I am going to do? I am not going to work out extra hard or eat fewer points. In fact I am going to do just the opposite. I am taking the day off from the gym and giving my body a rest. I am going to eat an enjoyable meal and use my flex points all with in moderation of course.

Have a great weekend and don't let the scale get you too down!

Joa Anne- I know it seems hard to believe but I can really see a difference in my legs. They just look leaner. The scale isn't moving much right now, but they look a whole lot better than they did a few weeks ago. Hope you are well!
