So what did I eat today?
Breakfast:
French roll with honey mustard and 3 slices peppered salami. 1 slice provolone cheese.
Snack:
100 calorie pack snack mix
Lunch:
Spinach salad
Snack:
Gala apple:
Snack:
a few pretzel thins (WAY better than regular pretzels)
Dinner:
2 really small yukon gold potatoes topped with corn, salsa, 1 avocado, and jalapenos

I am SO glad you are doing this, it may give me some new ideas... all 3 of your mail meals are things I have NEVER eaten before! LOL. Dinner one wouldn't work for me since I don't like salsa, avocado or jalapenos... but the others look gooooooooood ;)
