Boot Core Day 11

It's hard to believe my class is almost over. I think I am going to try to sign up for July as well. Today was a pretty high intensity cardio day. We started off running a little over a half mile which also included running down stairs and up a hill. We had 3 stations today. One was a running/push up station. The second was an interval running/sprints station. The third was a various lunges. We did each station twice and finished up with another run, abs, and push ups. One of the trainers asked me if I was running last night on a specific street. I told her I had, and she said she had thought that was me. I am not crazy about running in public, but hey I did it. I think Friday is my last class for the month and I am a little sad about it.

Today's eating has been much better. Oatmeal and strawberries for breakfast. Grapes and strawberries for a snack. Pei Wei spicy with stock velvet chicken (boiled instead of fried), brown rice, extra veggies and sauce on the side. Yum! Dinner will be a similar version of the salad I had last night.

I hope to go to bed early tonight. I am beat!

i totally didn't know that you could get stock chicken at pei wei. i LOVE the kung pao there.
