Just a Quickie for my friend Iggy
Ok, so I ate really well this past weekend, and I can feel it in my stomach chub. I went to my class yesterday morning and it was rough. We did a lot of ab work and well today it hurts to sneeze.

Earlier this year. He now has a sleeve on his entire left arm.
