First, thank you all for your comments. It was just one day and I know what I need to do:)
I bought quick oats yesterday instead of old fashioned. Grrrrrrr. I have done this before when I don't pay attention. But today I ate them with strawberries for breakfast. Yum! I had grapes for a snack and some pistachios. I ate a late lunch at whichwich and had a veggie sandwich on wheat with avocado and lots of other veggies, dijon mustard, and no cheese. I also had 1 serving of the salt and pepper potato chips they serve. Dinner consisted of a YUMMMY salad. It looked so good I had to take a picture, but I will have to post later because I don't have my cord to download my pics. It consisted of spinach, mixed greens, grape tomatoes, raspberries, strawberries, a few gorgonzola crumbles, a sprinkling of pecans, turkey pastrami, and a light champagne vinaigrette. SInce I didn't go to the gym this morning I had plans to go this evening, so I ate the early dinner.
I am housesitting and soon realized that I would be running out of toilet paper soon. Whole foods is on the way to the gym, so I decided I would pick some up on the way back. My friend lives about a mile away from the gym. I RAN to the gym. I ran in public, yo. I stretched when I got their and did some ab work. 45 minutes on the stairclimber and 30 minutes on the treadmill. I walked to whole foods and bought a single roll of toilet paper. (mmm, I really, really like my kleenex cotenell TP and this stuff is like harsh. No way am I buying more than I need to!) I also bought some pre-sliced pineapple, a dark chocolate almond bar, 3 peaches and some bottled water. I made it out of there spending under $10. Score. I walked the rest of the way back. Had I not had the bag I probably would have ran. I treated myself to some pineapple and half of the chocolate bar. Yum!

THat's so funny. I bought 1 minute oats today instead of old fashioned. SO IRRITATING!!!!!!!
